Energy authority
- Mapped and documented various key internal business processes including the production of the annual Electricity Planning Report, the transmission usage pricing process, and the forecasting process (Vlado Baban and Harry Onsman)
- Conducted various workshops to facilitate the introduction of a new performance review process (Harry Onsman)
- Developed a competency based training and assessment structure for the gas division of the business
Regional water board
Facilitated Strategic Plan reviews, a Board Governance Review in 2005 and a Board Development project; facilitated the setting by the Board of key Performance Indicators for the Chief Executive Officer (Miriam Bass).
