Peter Robertson has worked in the technology and technology-related business areas for over thirty years, commencing in telecommunications and later moving into computer graphics and other technical computing areas. Embracing Internet technologies from the mid 90s with a focus on database Internet applications, Peter was drawn toward processes, methodologies and architectures aimed at diminishing the chaos he saw in this new, burgeoning sector. This journey resulted in the adoption of structured approaches to Internet software design and the adoption of specialised Internet software design tools. During the same period, Peter pursued skills and knowledge in the business systems analysis discipline, focussing on dealing with the communication divide between business owners and technical providers. Peter now combines his technical and business analysis experience and skills to provide process mapping and process design services for Condico Consulting. He has also been an active participant in the development of the Condico Smart Mapping© methodology.

Peter has worked with a variety of organisations including ANZ, Rocket Records, Arc.Net.Au, VideoBytes, The Victorian Bar Council, City of Greater Dandenong and the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development.
