Miriam Bass is a skilled consultant with over twenty years experience as a facilitator of business improvement projects in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. She works effectively with people at all organisational levels, from the shop floor to senior executives and Boards. She has particular experience in designing and facilitating strategic and business planning processes, and with employee involvement approaches to issues such as cost reduction, process improvement and change management.
Miriam has a background in industrial relations and organisation development in the manufacturing, utilities and health sectors. Internationally, she has successfully applied her experience in the USA and New Zealand.
Miriam has completed a Bachelor of Economics, a Graduate Diploma of Organisational Behaviour and is an Overseas Fellow of Kettering University, Michigan, USA.
