Martin Schembri has over 20 years experience in the training and development field. He has worked with over 400 Australian organisations to improve their business through processes and people skills. This has involved working closely with all levels of personnel from senior management through to the shop floor. He has qualifications in Industrial Education & Training and Management/Leadership. After successfully managing the training operations for the Australian Chamber of Manufactures (where he also represented ACM on the National Metal Competency Standards Oversighting Committee) he has recently established his own Registered Training Organisation.
