HARRY ONSMAN   
 

Harry Onsman is an experienced consultant and author with a keen interest in organisational, management and leadership development issues. He has provided consulting assistance to a wide range of organisation including manufacturing, service, non-profit and public sector organisations.

Harry has extensive experience in designing and facilitating management team effectiveness and leadership development programs, employee involvement approaches to issues such as cost reduction and process improvement, and strategic and technical business planning processes. He works effectively with people at all organisational levels, from the shop floor to senior executives and boards.

Harry has a background in senior management positions in the private and public sectors in Human Resources. Internationally, he has successfully applied his experience in Singapore, Malaysia, India, New Zealand and the Netherlands.

Harry has completed Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Letters and Master of Arts qualifications.
