Superannuation administration

  • Conducted a review of improvement opportunities for an administration service provider to the superannuation industry to determine opportunities for reducing mistakes and eliminating unnecessary costs (Vlado Baban, and Harry Onsman)
  • Using our proprietary SmartmappingĀ© methodology, facilitated an internal team to identify improvement opportunities that will reduce the contribution receipting process duration for both cheques and EFTs by about 30%. Financial services company

  • Facilitated a corporate-wide organisation and leadership development project over a number of years, in support of the aggressive growth targets (in excess of 100% per annum) set and achieved by this bill payment services company (Harry Onsman)
  • Developed a new organisation structure for an inbound Service Centre, defining internal boundaries, roles and co-ordinating mechanisms. The client provides electronic warehouse services for financial transactions to a global customer base through its Product Distribution network and Delivery of Payments Network (Miriam Bass)
  • Trained in-house facilitators to lead continuous improvement teams throughout the business (Martin Schembri)

General Insurer

  • Customised and conducted the Nationally Accredited 'Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training' (in-house) for an international general insurance company (Martin Schembri)

Finance company

  • Facilitated a strategic planning process with the aim of achieving market share growth, as well as focusing on improved internal processes designed to capture critical customer information for this non mainstream lender (Harry Onsman)

Life Insurer

  • Customised and conducted Nationally Accredited Assessor workshop, and assisted in setting up competency based assessment system for an international life insurance company (Martin Schembri)

Cheque processing

  • Using our SmartmappingĀ© methodology, identified improvement opportunities that will enable overall FTE resource reduction of 25-30%, whilst speeding up processing time and maintaining existing performance standards and risk profile.
